4. Advising on the physical site and types of equipment needed to operate the clinic according to the facilities’ needs and types

Participation of medical providers in the medical program of desirous agencies which do not have medical facilities may be secured on an agency-to-doctor or agency-to-clinic basis if such an arrangement is highly practical in meeting the required local conditions and roles and maintains well-established service relationships.
